This site was established in 2018 by Gabe Fernandez. The mission is simple — to help San Antonio homeowners by providing a solution where they are able sell their house quickly and easily, for a fair price, and to help solve whatever the situation is they are facing when it comes to selling their house.
I (Gabe) originally grew up in Corpus Christi, but then moved to San Antonio in 2011 for work and to be closer to family. I have lived here ever since and really love it here. I think San Antonio has so much to offer. To me, it has the feeling of a small town like Corpus, but has all the benefits and amaenities of a large, thriving city. That's why often times I say that San Antonio feels like a bigger Corpus Christi.

I have a wife and three young daughters, the loves of my life. They drive and inspire me to be the best husband, father, person I can be. I have always loved real estate, and I love helping and serving people. My primary background and vocation is in software engineering, and I enjoy applying my attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills to the real estate industry. I think by having an open mind, really listening and understanding the needs of the homeowner and the situation, together we are able to find solutions that work well for everyone involved.
